Maine Cross-Athlete Fight: Judge Biden’s Rules on Laurel Libby

A federal judge ruled against Maine Rep. Laurel Libby in a lawsuit Friday to condemn her condemnation in the state legislature. Libby was condemned on Feb. 15 in a social media post that identified a trans athlete who won the title of women’s state pole vault.

The judge who made the ruling was Rhode Island District Court Judge Melissa Dubose.
