German dissident daughter, Iran calls for Trump to talk to Nix Nuke, whose body is dismembered
The daughter of a German journalist died in Iran’s detention center, whose body was dismembered and missing body parts urged the Trump administration to kick off nuclear talks with the Islamic Republic on Sunday.
Jamshid “Jimmy” Sharmahd, 69, was kidnapped in October during a business trip to the United Arab Emirates in 2020 and taken to Tehran. His daughter Gazelle Sharmahd told Fox News Digital that his body was brought with it the horror of torture.

“After five years of torture, I went to Berlin with my family, not to hug my released father, but to receive a dismembered body in the box,” she said. “The regime not only tortures my father physically and mentally for more than 1,500 days, because the Biden administration and Germany in the United States were watching idlely, and even after killing my father, they cut his organs.”
Gazelle Sharmahd said the autopsy report showed her father’s tongue, throat, thyroid and heart were missing, and he had only two teeth.

The daughter lobbied the Biden administration to release her father without success, saying the United States and Germany should not negotiate with a country capable of atrocities.
“On the day when the German-American patriot and hostages were returned in the coffin, his tongue and heart were cut open, and my family and me were barely recognizable, considering sitting down with the killer of the dual-national hostages,” she said.
The Trump administration began indirect negotiations with Iran’s clerical regime in Oman’s Middle Eastern countries on Saturday, and Jimmy was taken away after being kidnapped in the UAE and later moved to Iran.

Sharmahd, a critic of the Tehran regime and considered an American national, is an expert Jason Poblete, an expert on the victims of the kidnapping of the totalitarian regime, according to family lawyer Jason Poblete.
The Levinson Act defines the “American nation” as “a legal permanent resident with significant connection to the United States.” According to the State Department, the definition applies to non-U.S. citizens.
The bill is named after Robert Levinson, a retired FBI agent and private investigator who disappeared from Iran in 2007. His family accused the Iranian regime of being arrested and imprisoned.

Gazelle Sharmahd called on FBI Director Kash Patel and German authorities to investigate his father’s murder and issue warrants against Iranian regime officials responsible for his summary execution.

She has received support from the German-Iranian community. Famous Germany-Iranian human rights activist Behrouz Asadi wrote to German federal prosecutor Jens Rommel in Jimmy’s case.
“We urge you to conduct criminal investigations against those responsible in the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially those directly or indirectly responsible for his kidnapping, imprisonment, torture and ultimately killing him,” Asadi wrote.

Sharmad said she believes Friedrich Merz, a German Christian Democratic politician, is expected to become prime minister in May, and President Donald Trump will support the terrorist regime in ways their predecessors don’t.
“President Trump is newly elected, but has promised to stand with the hostages and support the jihadists, whether it is Hamas, Hezbollah, Hussis or the biggest, and Iran’s Islamic regime,” she said.
