College students can now get Chatgpt Plus for free

As CEO Sam Altman recently announced ahead of a highly anticipated update to AI Chatbot, Openai will offer two months of free Chatgpt Plus for all college students.
This offer is only available to us and Canadian students and can be requested on the Chatgpt student landing page. According to the website, existing Chatgpt Plus subscribers and new students will be verified through a system called Sheerid confirming the current registration. Please note: If not cancelled two months ago, the subscription will automatically renew Chatgpt plus monthly rate ($20).

Paid versions of CHATGPT include extended restrictions on chat, file uploads and image generation, as well as advanced voice modes with video and screen sharing, limited SORA access, and new GPT-4O and O3-Mini models.

The use of ChatGpt and other generated AI tools has sparked widespread debate as technology giants and AI developers increasingly invest in AI technology in the classroom.
