Directed by Madeline Sharafian, Domee Shi and Adrian Molina, the film centers on a little boy named Elio (voiced by Yonas Kibreab) who just want to be kidnapped by aliens. He had his own wishes and was transported to an alien collective known as Commumiverse, where he mistakenly became the ambassador of the entire human race.
Along the way, he also made his first friend: an alien named Glordon (voiced by Remy Edgerly). Glordon is the accompanying mixture between SL and lobster, and seems to be the absolute sweetheart of the aliens. He even offered to keep Elio in his (very toothy) mouth to avoid the lava flow! There is only one problem: Glordon’s father is the bloodthirsty Lord Grigg (voiced by Brad Garrett), who is taking the commumiverse from the appearance of the trailer. Can Elio, Glordon and other members of the other universe team up to stop him?
Ellio Meanwhile, star Academy Award winner Zoe Saldaña plays Elio’s aunt Olga, Jameela Jamil as Questa ambassador, while Shirley Henderson is Ooooo.
