Tesla prepares to open Pensacola dealership and service center

Tesla dealerships are joining the luxury brand market in Pensacola and have a new facility in the works at 312 E. Nine Mile Road.

According to its development orders from Escambia County, the dealer will be both a retail sales and service agency and an all-in-one stop for Tesla customers. Pensacola already owns a Tesla service center on E. Olive Road 175B.

The dealership is almost open, and the sign has been decorated on the corner of East Nine Mile Road and Music Lane. The building is located next to Ollie, on the same square as Aldi, which is converting from Winn-Dixie.

The Escambia County Development Review Commission (DRC) issued a construction development order of approximately 45,461 square feet that converted a group of outskirts developers’ project proposals into Tesla dealerships last March.

The development dealer’s project is owned by NC Pensacola, LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, submitted to the county by Drake Motor Partners Pensacola LLC, Denver, Colorado.

News Magazine commented on NC Pensacola, but they have not responded yet.

Aldi is about to open at Nine Miles Road: The closed E. Nine Mile Winn-Dixie soon reopened Aldi. When is this?

A site worker told News that they estimated the dealers would open at the end of March because they took the last step to the building, but official time was unavailable.

County records show that NC Pensacola, North Carolina, purchased a package that dealers will stand in September for $4.5 million.
