Jury issues hurt Day 21 testimony during Sean Diddy’s comb’s federal sex crime trial.
Before the cross-examiner who had testified using the pseudonym “Jane” on Wednesday continued on Wednesday, the defense told Judge Alan Subaramania that they wanted to respond to the government’s attempt to dismiss the case by dismissing the black jurors. The U.S. Attorney’s Office allegedly told the court that although the situation was not ideal, it was forced to do so due to a lack of candidity.
The judge told the court that if there is any basis for dismissal, he will make a decision on the issue once the defense submits a letter.

The judge said once a letter was submitted to the court, “everyone will hear the issue fully on this issue.”
Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani highlighted the possible negative impact of the jury on the case.

After a direct check last week, the government asked Jane if she and Diddy had experienced “hotel night” without drugs. Jane explained that the former couple tried a few nights and it was at the request of Diddy in October 2023 that they tried a “Sober Party”.
“About this time, I really want my partner to be sober,” Jane said. “I really care about Sean’s health and I can see him just overcrowding on so many pills that he doesn’t know what he takes every day. I really want him to be clean and get better.”
She continued: “He said, ‘Well, I’m going to do 30 days, nothing, I’ll be awake. But let’s have another, again, a sober party, just one, like a sober party.'”
When asked what drugs to use during the “Soil Party”, Jane replied: “I believe in ecstasy and cocaine, I don’t know.” She also claimed that the party lasted “too long”, claiming it was “nearly 12 to 18 hours”.

Jane’s cross-examination is expected to end on Thursday morning, with the government saying they will rest by next Friday, but as early as next Wednesday.
