Karen reads defense action error again
Defense attorney Robert Alessi called again on Monday for a trial, accusing Special Attorney Hank Brennan of “intentional misconduct” in Karen Read’s second murder trial. Previous motion was rejected.

Karen Read wore two sets of black gloves on the podium and slammed his palm on the podium, and his defense attorney Robert Alessi made a second mistake in the death of her ex-boyfriend, Boston policeman John O’Keefe.
The exchange was based on special prosecutor Hank Brennan’s questioning of defense witnesses involved in a loophole placed behind O’Keefe’s sweatshirt by a state crime lab employee and caused a trend in Alessi on Monday afternoon X, but it also drew praise from defense attorneys who were not associated with the case.
Read’s defense denied prosecutors accusing her of replacing him with Lexus SUV in a drunken argument, killing O’Keefe and fleeing the scene. They insisted that the car never hit him and that other things caused him to hurt.
“If I were Alessi, I would throw these missiles every time,” said New York City defense attorney Louis Gelormino.

At a motion hearing without a juror present, Brennan asked the judge to direct the jurors about his mistakes rather than approve the motion.
“It seems I made a mistake,” he said, admitting that a state criminologist recorded the vulnerabilities in her record and recorded them.
Gelormino told Fox News Digital that the longer things will be, the better reading will be – especially if the trial doesn’t end like her first sentence.

“The county may not want to pay for the third trial,” he said. “They may beg her at that time. The longer these things, the better the defense. Always.”
Karen Read’s defense link John O’Keefe’s head wound falls, not a vehicle hit
Read’s first trial ended with a deadlock last year, prompting Judge Beverly Cannone to announce a misunderstanding, and the District Attorney’s Office places high-profile defense attorney Brennan as the special attorney. His wealthy and powerful clients include the rogue James “Whitey” Bulger.

In the second trial, the defense also made a mistake in another controversial exchange of O’Keeffe’s hoodie, believing that Brennan improperly raised the dog’s DNA evidence during cross-examination, claiming they encountered a hole in O’Keeffe’s sweatshirt, which was consistent with the dog’s bite.
The shells denied the motion as well as the new Monday. A conventional motion attempted to declare her innocent after resting in the case of prosecution.

Other legal experts raised doubts about whether the mistake was a mistake or a calculation move.
“He didn’t know he didn’t know his hole was made by his own witness,” said New York City defense attorney Mark Bederow. “What about the other two prosecutors sitting next to him? Do we believe they don’t know after three years of handling the case?”
Unlike Brennan, they worked for the District Attorney’s Office in the first trial, led by Assistant District Attorney Adam Lally.
“There are many reasons why the majority of the population believes that the investigation and prosecution of Karen Red is unfair and lacks credibility,” Bedro said.

In an independent audit completed before the start of the second trial, Reard police were cleared of Read’s conspiracy charges – but they made an embarrassing series of lapses in the investigation, including storing DNA evidence in a red solo cup and grocery bag.

“There is a higher standard for prosecution because they should be related to fairness and justice, and that’s what Brennan said to the media at the trial of the case,” said Massachusetts trial attorney Grace Edwards. “It’s not the mistake of experienced lawyers.”

Brennan’s mission is to overcome the state’s credibility issues and issued an incorrect statement after federal witnesses admitted she showed an exaggerated certificate to witnesses baked by the grand jury and another resume from the Department of Defense.
“He’s good, but he can only play his cards,” said David Gelman, a defense attorney and former prosecutor for the Philadelphia area. He cited OJ Simpson’s 1990s trial after Alessi wore black gloves in court and then cited his A-list protest again. “You can be Johnny Cochrane, it’s OK.”

Jack Lu, a former Massachusetts judge and now a law professor at Boston College, has been more tolerant of the special attorney.
He told Fox News that “even the biggest fall for aspiring trial attorney law students.” “What a tough career.”
Dr. Elizabeth Laposata returned to the stands on Tuesday for the next day’s testimony as the defense approached the case. She testified on Monday that O’Keeffe’s skull fracture was consistent with a backward drop — but others could be fists that resulted in a cut above the right eye.
