Another low-voltage system is expected to move through the area on Saturday, which could rapidly deepen the oceanic layer. Light rain or drizzle may be seen in coastal areas, especially Saturday mornings and Sundays. The coastal areas may experience wind gusts of 25 to 45 mph, with the strongest conditions on the Central Coast and Southwest Santa Barbara. Indoor valleys, mountains and deserts may see wind gusts up to 35 mph.
By Sunday, temperatures are expected to drop to the 60-70-degree range, which is about 10 degrees below normal levels.
