“One thing we can do is we can keep every state at the same level [for NIL money]…Now, in between, we have to come up with some rules about the transfer portal and provide players with possible contracts that make college football the greatest sport of all time. We don’t want to become a minor league sport. We can do things, we can only achieve them through it.
However, Tuberville blames the ongoing whirlwind on the current college sports atmosphere.
“I think we can put it on the floor, and the problem is to let it go beyond a Democratic group that really doesn’t want to make this country better. They don’t care about the sport or education at the university, they worry about the power of their control in this country. Tuberville also said that women’s sports and transgender sports will be at the forefront of the discussion.
