The funeral of Pope Francis will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Roman time (4:00 a.m. ET), and 200,000 people are expected to attend the service of Christ.
This week, thousands of mourners paid their final tribute to the Vatican after their death on Monday.
The funeral will be held in Palves, St. Peter’s Basilica, and his most respected cardinal, Giovanni Battista Battista Re, will preside over the Catholic rituals and blessings.
Mass will begin with a protest entrance to singing or reciting by clergy and mourners.

The congregation then passes through acts of repentance, followed by collection or open prayer.
Cardinal Batista will then extend the first reading (from the actions of the apostles) to the congregation of believers.
Respond to the Psalm “The Lord is My Shepherd” or “Psalm 23.” The second reading will be heard among the parishioners, which is a reading from St. Paul to Philippians, usually recited by a ceremony at the pope’s funeral.
Applause and the gospel will follow.
Cardinal Batista will give hatred, reflection, which includes praying for Pope Francis, faithful departure and congregation. The dean of the Cardinal College of the Roman Catholic Church will dedicate the body and blood of Christ and invite the believers to pray after the communion ceremony or our fathers.

Requiem Aeternam is an ode often heard among funeral participants, recited during the exchange and then prayed.
Cardinal Batista will provide the final praise and farewell, including prayers from the Roman Church and prayers from the Eastern Church.
The funeral liturgy, “I Know My Redeemer’s Life”, will be sung or chanted by the congregation, and the mass will end with the cantical of the blessed Virgin Mary.
Pope Francis will be buried in the wooden coffin of the Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore, who regularly visited flowers during his 12-year-old pope.

Novendiali’s expectations
Novendiali is an ancient and customary nine-day period of prayer, commemoration and mourning, which will begin at the funeral of Pope Francis at St. Peter’s Basilica.
Pope Francis’s Holy Mass was led by his highest worship cardinal Giovanni Battista Re.
When the masses are open to the public, they are held specifically for employees and loyal people in the Vatican city.

- The funeral ceremony will be presided over by his outstanding bishop Baldassare Reina, who is the holy pastor of the Roman diocese.
