Revelers around the globe gathered together in colorful flags and waving protest signs throughout June For the pride incident – The one-month celebration of the LGBTQ community, which also symbolizes Continuous battle Equal rights and inclusion.

Pride Moon’s roots date back to June 28, 1969, when police raided New York City Stonewall HotelA gay bar clashed with LGBTQ customers and others at the bar for several nights, known as the Stonewall Riots or the Stonewall uprising, a demonstration that has now been considered the beginning of the LGBTQ rights movement. The parade was held in Manhattan, Chicago and San Francisco to mark the Stonewall anniversary in June of the following year, and over time it became an annual event for more and more cities. Pride Month first gained recognition from then-President Bill Clinton in 1999.

pride Parades and festivals throughout the month are held in the United States and around the world, Pride Parade 2025 in New Yorkcommemorating Stonewall’s legacy, will take place on Sunday.
