Senior Trump administration official insists that Kilmar Abrego Garcia will continue to pass the U.S. legal system before being deported again as the administration insists he won’t walk freely in the U.S.
According to the news agency, Abrego Garcia’s lawyer successfully asked the judge to guard him on Friday to avoid any possibility of immediate deportation.
However, the plan is to try Abrego Garcia amid Tennessee smuggling charges before the U.S. deportation. If he is convicted, the White House says he will lag behind in the United States before being deported.

“The defendant is charged with a horrible crime including trafficking in children and will not walk freely in our country again,” Justice Department spokesman Chad Gilmartin told Fox News Digital in an email.
The White House further clarified the executive’s position after the Associated Press reported on federal prosecutors’ comments that he might be deported to a third country as soon as possible.
“This is fake news. Abrego Garcia was sent back to the United States to face trial on serious charges against him. He will face the full force of the U.S. judicial system – including the full force of serving in U.S. prisons for the crimes he committed,” White House Deputy Secretary Secretary Abigail Jackson said in a post X.

Tricia McLaughlin, assistant secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, said the 29-year-old will not be released in the United States.
She wrote: “Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a dangerous criminal illegal alien. We have been saying it for months and it is still true: He will never be free in American soil.”

Abrego Garcia, who lives in Maryland, has been charged as a member of the MS-13 gang because it is a designated foreign terrorist organization that was expelled from El Salvador. He then spent some time detaining in the country’s terrorism imprisonment center. It sparked political fires when the country was detained, Democrats attracted attention for due process, and Sen. Chris Van Hollen even met him in Central American countries.
During his El Salvador detention, past records alleged domestic abuse surfaced and reported that he was allegedly involved in human smuggling, which eventually led to federal charges filed earlier this month, leading to his return to U.S. custody.

“Abrego Garcia landed in the United States in the face of justice,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said at the time. “A grand jury in the Mid-Department of Tennessee returned a sealed indictment accusing him of committing alien smuggling and conspiracy.”

After weeks of Trump administration saying they either cannot or will not return Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States, the timing of these allegations is clearly intended to cover up their negligence, and the Supreme Court unanimously rejected the way they ignored it, the fact that “the alliance of Tennessee immigrants and refugee rights said in a statement”. “Nevertheless, Mr. Abreg Garcia will now be able to spend a day in court, with the Constitution assured everyone in my country, regardless of citizenship.”
