North Korea opens a new long-term delay beach resort with no tourists

According to videos from state media, leader Kim Jong Un cut a ribbon and opened up on June 24 on a large development on the country’s east coast. North Korea has no normal travel arrangements and can allow foreigners to visit the country. KCNA reports that from July 1, domestic tourists will be allowed to visit the new resort.
