Hypocrisy? NC Democrats go too far in Trump Post Office, but Republicans can’t speak

Democratic Rep. Julie von Haefen posted photos of protest signs on her social media is a bad judgment.

She has the characteristics and courage to admit this and apologizes on the floor of the house.

Republican Rep. Destin Hall claimed to be angry at the position and warned House members to “keep higher standards.”

Why didn’t Hall incorporate his party and president into that standard?

Did he warn Trump to incite the mob to attack the Capitol on January 6 and pardon the mob, who beat police and wanted to hang Vice President Mike Pence?

Or is Utah Senator Mike Lee accusing the recent assassination of Minnesota lawmakers and her husband in Gov. Tim Walz?

Opinion writer Isaac Bailey said to Hall and the Republican Republican in News & Observers: “Oh, give me a break. Stop grabbing your pearls. Your ranking hypocrisy is showing.”

Violent political rhetoric has been increasing since Trump rode his golden escalator in 2015.

It’s time to cool down.

It was already past when Republicans like Hall summoned Trump and Margo on it.
