Scott Galloway, a well-known American marketing professor, said Elon Musk’s decision to implement cruel work and spending cuts within the federal government on behalf of the Trump administration was “one of the biggest brand disruptions ever.”

Speaking on Friday’s Popular Pivot Podcast, Galloway said Trump’s billionaire businessman adviser alienated his electric vehicle maker Tesla’s client base (one of his most important shares), one of his most important possessions – while not interested in a president who is not interested in company allies.

Galloway then listed polls, which showed that Tesla’s eighth-renowned brand fell to 95th in 2021.

“He alienated the wrong people,” Galloway said. “Three-quarters of Republicans would never consider buying an electric car. So he is so for people who are not in electric cars.”

Galloway also maintained the figures, believing that Tesla’s sales in France fell 59%, Sweden’s sales fell 81%, Netherlands’s sales fell 74%, Denmark’s sales fell 74%, Switzerland’s sales were 66%, Switzerland’s 50% and Portugal’s 33% have sought intervention in various European political affairs in recent months.

Musk’s intervention has made many in Europe a lucrative electric vehicle market. Tesla’s Chinese rival BYD first sold at the Austin-based company in Europe in April, and a report from Jato Dynamics (Jato Dynamics) provides automotive industry intelligence.

“This is arguably one of the biggest brand disruptions,” Galloway told his co-host, experienced tech journalist Kara Swisher, who is a great brand.

“He alienated his core people.”

Federal jobs and spending cuts are attributed to Musk, whose participation leads Trump’s second U.S. presidency, which began in January. Musk took on the post after his super PAC donated $200 million and donated $200 million to Trump’s successful campaign in November, a position that he returned to the White House after he lost his 2020 election.

Since then, polls have shown that Musk has strong opposition to Trump, including some research showing that most voters don’t like the way businessmen and Jogg are, especially when departments cut jobs with federal employees.

By the end of April, Tesla reported 71% of its profits – and, on a revenue call with Tesla investors, Musk said he would start to retreat from Doge starting in May.

Musk said his work has made the government’s “fidelists mostly done” and he has “a big drop in allocating time”.

A nonpartisan research group, the partnership for public services, estimates that in late April, the roughly $160 billion Doge cuts are expected to cost about $1.35 billion.
