The U.S. Department of Homeland Security on Thursday revoked the ability of Harvard to enroll international students. The move could force up to 6,800 foreign students (more than a quarter of their total enrollment) to move or leave the country at schools outside Boston. Chinese students account for a large proportion of international students at Harvard University.
