In the latest episode of the “What’s Left is American Politics” podcast, Anthony Scaramucci Share his unfiltered view Donald Trump’s Recent diplomatic push in the Middle East.

According to former White House communications director, Trump’s foreign policy journey looks like a revival of American engagement, but it is also full of selfishness and personal blind spots.

“Trump is an applicant,” Scaramucci said flatly. “He respects people of those ages. Throughout the episode, the host Katie Kay Scaramucci elaborated on Trump’s whirlwind week of diplomatic week, which included stops in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Trump delivered a speech that promoted economic transactions and tried to reshape the U.S. foreign policy stance.

Although critics often describe Trump as an isolationist, Scaramucci noted that this approach is much more than expected. “He talked about re-studying the way the United States thinks about the Middle East and trying to incite peace and prosperity,” Scaramucci said.

Still, he warned that Trump’s diplomacy had another side. “He has an angel on his shoulder and said that if you calm down you really can be a great president,” he said. “And he had the devil on the other side say, ‘Hey, I want to make $200 billion for my family before I can quit the presidency.”

Scaramucci, who briefly served as White House communications director in his first Trump administration, said it was the division that defined Trump on the world stage. “He is our two-sided president,” he said.

Kai noted that while Trump’s focus on economic transactions could have some success in the Gulf, the same strategy did not work in places like Ukraine or Gaza where cultural and survival issues cover economic incentives. “In some countries, this foreign policy theory may work,” Kay said. “But [Trump’s] Theory does not consider historical, cultural or racial power. ”

Despite these flaws, Scaramucci admitted that the president’s endurance was unusual. “For a 79-year-old, he has a huge amount of energy.”

But this energy may be more than just foreign policy. The episode also allowed Trump to gain possible financial gains from these diplomatic businesses, including the controversy surrounding the Katari jetliner, which some call “Qatari Force One.”

Scaramucci brushes it off as a distraction. “Let me shoot this $400 million plane here, as a Bauble distracting everyone, and I’ve made billions of dollars for myself and my family in the Middle East or elsewhere in the world,” he said.

As foreign governments unveil the red carpet, Scaramucci warned that Trump’s priorities may be more profit than policy. “It’s greedy globalism,” Kay said.
