I love using Wistings’ hybrid watches that incorporate all the health technology you might need into a weird package for over a decade. The Scanwatch Horizon is the first time using the diver’s watch case and has been a permanent fixture on my wrist since 2021. Since then, Wisings has updated ScanWatch, which includes more features and launches Horizon Rellistor, called Nova.
One drawback is that all scanners are blunt enough to make them only suitable for people with strong forearms. If you prefer smaller clocks, you’re on the court until the company launches Scanwatch Nova Brilliant. It shrinks all ScanWatch Tech into a 38mm case and gets a two-color band that matches your bezel color selection.
Cynical people may suggest the style of Rolex’s datejust watch, or even the choice of two-color bands. An optimist might wonder why this is relevant because it costs less and more money.
