Senator Marco Rubio denies deportation of two-year-old deportation from the United States

Secretary of State Marco Rubio denied that three U.S. citizens under the age of 10 (and one with stage IV cancer) were deported without due process deportation, calling the allegations “misleading.”

The Washington Post reported that three U.S. citizens from two different families were deported Friday with their mothers and deported Friday with their mothers. The report said the four-year-old child had stage 4 cancer and the mother was unable to contact a doctor. Rubio opposes the claim that children are deported, but asserts that mothers of children who are illegally in the country choose to take care of their children.

“It’s a misleading title. Three U.S. citizens, 4, 7 and 2, were not deported. Their mother was legally deported and the children went with the mother. They could go back to their father or the person they wanted to bear. Ultimately, the mother was illegal. That’s the mother here. Yes,” Rubio said.

But Trump-appointed U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty doesn’t think the federal government’s claim is actually not deported. In response to an emergency order filed by the two-year-old’s father Thursday night, the judge issued an order saying “strong suspicion that the government was just deporting a U.S. citizen with no meaningful process.” Attorneys for the family claimed the child accompanied her mother to an immigration meeting that would allow her to stay in the community, known as the enhanced oversight of appearances.

“The government believes that all this is OK because mothers want their children to be deported, but the court does not know that,” Doughty wrote.

The family’s lawyer said the girl’s father could only talk to her mother for one minute, and then called and was finished by ice agents. The next morning, the girl and her mother were transported to Honduras with her.

Despite the long history of party reversal of legal principles

Rubio remains firm and the only target of deportation is for the mother of the United States, and the children are welcome to return if the father or another suitable guardian assumes responsibility.

If someone is illegal, illegally deported in the country. If that person is with a 2 year old and says I want to take my kids with me, then you have two options. Deported,” Rubio said.
