Authorities said on Saturday that a drone strike in Russia attacked a nine-story residential building in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine’s industrial area, killing one person and injuring at least three people, including children.
Serhiy Lysak, the military governor of the region, said in an article on the telegram that some apartments caught fire after the attack in Kamiank.
In another incident Friday night, nearby Nikopol was attacked near the front line.
Lysak said in an article Friday night that a 46-year-old man later died of injury.
Air strike sirens were activated throughout the night of the attack, including the Kiev region, and several areas including the Kiev region.
Ukraine has defended the Russian invasion for more than three years.
