NHL News: Fans release anger after national anthem performance

The Los Angeles Kings hosted the Edmonton Oilers’ first-round Stanley Cup playoff game on Monday, with pre-match performances becoming the subject of conversation.
Before Crypto.com Arena’s hockey drop, members of the Korean Town Senior and Community Center performed the “Stars and Stripes”. The group used tone instead of singing the American national anthem.
Most of the attendees seemed to favor the rendition, as thousands still supported the performers.

But some observers came to social media to express their dissatisfaction.
“Who thinks this is a good idea shouldn’t work,” X user wrote.

Another social media statement said: “What happens to stains.”

After the game started, it was a tough game.
The Oilers tied for the game in the third stage, but the Kings celebrated with a 6-5 victory in Game 1. Los Angeles also won in Game 2.

The third game of the series is scheduled for Friday.
