Paraglider

According to an account from China Central Television (CCTV), a paraglider in China unexpectedly climbed to 28,208 feet in the air without oxygen.
Peng Yujiang, an experienced paragliding paragliding, said he has been conducting routine testing of equipment less than 10,000 feet of sea at the Gansu Province in northwestern China.
Peng told CCTV that after a while, the wind suddenly picked it up and lifted it up in the air. I tried to land as soon as possible, but I failed. ”
The 55-year-old found himself trapped in a phenomenon described as “cloud sucking” in which powerful up and down currents carry the height of the parworm.

Peng told CCTV: “It’s horrible – everything around me is white. I thought I was flying, but in fact, I was spinning.”
He climbed to a height of 28,208 feet, almost as high as Mount Everest, the highest mountain range above the plane of Shanghai in the world.
The lens of the flying 360-degree camera shows the Pala wing flying in thick clouds as ice forms around his exposed face and equipment. Although Peng appears calm in the video, he admitted in an interview with CCTV that the episode is frightening.
“It’s still scary. I’m not sure about the future, but I’m sure I won’t fly for a while now,” he said.
He was put on hold for six months of flight pause as the flight site and airspace had not been approved in advance.
