The wait is almost over. The Ghost of Yōtei Will be available on PS5 on October 2. This is the sequel to the 2020 hit The Ghost of Tsushima and. It is exclusive to PS5 as it was developed by Sucker Punch owned by Sony.
It does not follow The Ghost of Tsushima. Instead, it is the original adventure of a new character in a new era. The Ghost of Yōtei It was held in Hokkaido, Japan in the early 1600s. This is more than 300 years since the first game.
It’s still an open world adventure, despite Sony’s promise of “better than in The Ghost of TsushimaFor example, you can look for six big bad guys in any order you choose. There is a new trailer that reveals the basic story beats and some gameplay. It looks very interesting.
Booking will be open on May 2 at 10 a.m. ET. This is a modern console game with several different versions to choose from. There is a standard version, which is just a game, and it costs $70. Digital Deluxe Edition adds in-game bonuses such as armor, weapons and costumes. One costs $80.
The collector’s edition costs up to $250 and comes with all the in-game items mentioned above, but that’s just the beginning. It also comes with physical objects such as a replica of the protagonist’s mask, a samurai sword and a belt. Sony calls it the best collector’s edition ever. Regardless of the version, all bookings will receive a “unique in-game mask” and a handful of PSN avatars.
