Fast moving wildfires in eastern New Jersey consumed about 4,650 hectares in less than 24 hours, and are expected to grow before forecasts of rainfall later this week, officials said Wednesday. So far, no injuries have been taken in the fire, which could be the biggest injury in New Jersey in about 20 years.
