The paid business version of Microsoft 365 Copilot has access to Microsoft’s AI tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and is redesigning and image generation for Chatgpt 4O, the company said in a blog post Wednesday.
The enhanced image generator is the same image generator for the virus earlier last month, with almost everyone and anything turning into Gibley-style art. The app redesign will provide AI-driven searches for business users in Windows, Copilot notebooks to organize project files, create patterns to help people design things, and agent stores quickly find custom AI agents.
It is not clear when paid consumers and freelance users can use GPT-4O image generation or other features.
Microsoft did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
While most people think AI is a way to help write emails or make funny cat videos for Instagram reels, the entire market is committed to bringing AI-powered tools to businesses. Given that Windows 11 provides support for most of the world’s operating systems, it’s no surprise that Microsoft has a huge presence on this stage. To gain a huge advantage, Microsoft invested heavily in Chatgpt’s creator Openai in early 2023, bringing its technology to Microsoft devices. Productivity and business as well as cloud products have made a significant portion of Microsoft’s revenue — 79% of its $135 billion revenue over the past two quarters. Google should not be eliminated, and also integrates Gemini into Google Workspace of Google and Enterprise. This includes having Gemini help in emails, Google Docs, meeting summary, and more. According to Grand View Research, AI in the enterprise market is expected to run on an upward trajectory, with the space expected to be worth $162.2 billion by 2030.
