President Donald Trump repeatedly sentenced El Salvadoran National Kilmar Abrego Garcia to CNN and its primetime host Kaitlan Collins during an extended exchange in the Oval Office on Monday.

Trump welcomed El Salvadorian President Nayib Bukele to the White House on Monday, and when Collins tried to speak, Trump said he wanted to hear about the “very low-rated anchor.” Collins ignored the Grand Slam and asked Trump if he wanted to ask Bucker to help bring back the deported man.

Trump directed Attorney General Pam Bondi to answer Collins, saying Abrego Garcia was illegal in the country and had been previously ruled by immigration courts and became a member of the transnational terrorist group MS-13. If he was to be returned, she said, it would be “depending on El Salvador.”

Trump interjected, CNN asked: “Look, because they are completely leaning.”

“They don’t know what’s going on, and that’s why no one looks at them,” Trump said.

White House adviser Stephen Miller was also attacked by Trump in response to Collins, saying: “Even the U.S. media advised us to even tell El Salvador how to deal with his own citizens.” He added that Abrego Garcia was not eligible for immigration relief in the U.S. as Trump declared MS-13 as a costume for foreign terrorists

Justice Department asserts when court orders U.S. government to “promote return” measures for men who were removed last month Federal Court There is no right to decide to the executive branch how to deal with diplomatic relations, and the order simply requires the removal of “domestic obstacles” which would hinder the person’s ability to return to the United States

The Supreme Court upheld the ruling of U.S. District Court Judge Paula Xinis, saying Abrego Garcia must be returned, saying “correctly demands the government’s ‘promotion’ of Abrego Garcia’s release from El Salvador and ensures that his case is handled and if he is not sent to El Salvador.” However, the Trump administration defined the decision as a victory, affirming the president’s power over foreign policy.

“We won 9-0,” Miller said. “People like CNN portray it as usual as they want foreign terrorists who kidnapped women and children in the country.”

Collins followed up, and Trump had said he would comply with the Supreme Court ruling. Trump shot back and said, “Why don’t you say, ‘Isn’t it great for us to keep criminals out?’ Why don’t you say?

In addition to becoming CNN’s White House correspondent, Collins also held a “Source” on Sunday.

“I think they hate our country” in a conversation with Buckler, and accused it of killing reports of illegal border crossings under his administration.

When asked about comments, a CNN spokesperson did not respond to Fox News Digital in the record.

In a court application filed Sunday night, Justice Department lawyers argued that they did not have to comply with the orders that the judge “promoted” Abrego Garcia’s return, who was sent to government officials later admitted “administrative errors.”

They believe that the order itself may exceed the powers of the court, and that they “have no authority to direct the administration to conduct diplomatic relations in a particular way, or to interact with foreign sovereignty in a given way.”
