ESPN’s reception Davis makes bold predictions for Texas star Arch Manning

Just a few years ago, Arch Manning was one of the most popular high school recruits in the United States. Eventually, he decided to bring his potential and his high-profile last name to Austin.
When Quinn Ewers announced their NFL draft, Manning’s promotion to Texas Longhorns opened the door to the starter of the Dexas Longhorns in 2025.
With spring competitions across the country, ESPN host and commentator Rece Rece Davis boldly predicts the role Manning can play when she takes the next step in her college career.

As the season gets closer, the hype around Manning will surely escalate. Davis suggests that Manning might be the “ultimate villain” because some fans will eventually appreciate him more while others may feel more resentment.

“Unfortunately. He will be a favorite for people outside of Texas because of the attention he is going to get. (For someone outside of Texas), he will be the ultimate villain, and I’m not only from Oklahoma,” Davis explained in the recent “College Gadia County Podcast.”

Davis then blew the train of Manning’s hype with what happens often when new movies or TV shows become popular and received praise from the public, but inevitably strongly oppose or try to discredit it.
Davis predicted: “That’s what happened to Arches.”

The young quarterback ended the 2024 season with 939 pass yards, 9 touchdowns and two interceptions.
