Colorado Buffalo quarterback Shedeur Sanders is expected to play in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft, but an NFL director seems to think he is not worthy of the ability to choose.
ESPN reviews what he heard before the draft, which will be launched in Green Bay in two weeks. A “NFC Personnel” was not impressed by the son of NFL Deion Sanders.
While he acknowledged that the “good decision” was made by young signal callers, he did not think that Sanders would take the franchise to the next level, which was expected from senior first-round games.

“There are good decisions and some good things that won’t make you stand out,” the personnel person told ESPN.
Throughout the draft, Sanders attracted comments from experts. While Miami Hurricanes quarterback Cam Ward appears to be the highest consensus in his outlook for the year, Sanders’ draft stock has fluctuated. This is the first round, but it is a mystery.
Shedeur Sanders touted himself as “the best quarterback in the draft”
The ESPN report also discusses Sanders’ character, a detailed discussion topic because he is interested outside of the game. Of course, in today’s world of college athletes, you can profit from your own brand.
“I have a good personality for Shedeur – he’s strong and very hardworking,” AFC executive told ESPN. “He needs to be in the timing offense – three-step down, timing, throwing.”

Now, while his decision-making process seems to get the checkbox from most people, Sanders’ upside is something another AFC executive is wary of.
When asked if he would choose the Sanders top ten, the executive told ESPN: “If it were me, I can’t.” “No [a] Great athletes, not big, not strong, and undisciplined games, were reviewed. Will he be good enough? ”
The team and the experts will say what they want, but Sanders won’t keep that in mind. After his Colorado Pro Day, Sanders’ confidence has been on display since day one, saying he considers himself the best quarterback in the draft.
“All I need is an opportunity,” he said.
“What is the most important characteristic of a quarterback? … Consistency? Look at the last four years. That’s what I know I’m the best quarterback in the draft. … Checking all the boxes? It leads to a guy.”

In his final year for his father and the Buffalo, Sanders won 4,134 yards with 37 touchdowns.
