DHS SEC Kristi Noem accused of posing a threat to ICE agents

A Texas man recently said in authorities that he posed a terrorist threat to Kristi Noem, an agent of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Robert King allegedly made a “shocking” social media post, according to a statement from Homeland Security Investigation (HSI).
The statement said that if the agents were seen near him, his intention pointed out his intention to “open fire.”

Fox News learned that some of the so-called posts included comments related to Noem, while others claimed that Icefield Agents were not “real policemen” and did not have “no real authority.”
Hsi Dallas shared a photo Wednesday, where the King stood next to many federal agents in McKinney.
“Like Secretary Nome said: If you threaten or try to harm law enforcement officers, we will find you and sue you to the fullest extent of the law. Commitment, commitment to hold,” Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials told Fox News after their arrest.
More than 40 people were arrested in Texas as part of the Tren de Aragua (TDA) gang investigation.

The FBI, ICE, the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), and several other federal, state and local partners spent a year investigating members and colleagues, considered part of Venezuela’s transnational gang.

The Hays County Sheriff’s Office and DPS worked with the FBI, ICE, HSI and Law Enforcement Demolition Operations (ERO) to obtain a search warrant for a Hays County home that was executed by DPS’s Special Response Team on Tuesday morning.
More than 40 people, including minors, were detained and narcotics were seized, according to HSI San Antonio.
An Ice spokesman told Fox News that 47 illegal immigrants.

The spokesman said that of the 47 people, 25 were adult males, nine were single women, four were adult mothers, and nine were non-citizen children.
They were all taken to the Austin Resident Office for processing.
“Everyone on the ice arrested was found to appear illegally in the United States and was detained by the ice before immigration procedures,” the spokesman said.
this State Council TDA was designated as a foreign terrorist organization on February 20.
The gang has thousands of members taking hostile actions against the United States in multiple states.

The Alien Enemy Act of 1798, enacted by President Donald Trump, made it easier to detain TDA members, allowed the expulsion of locals and citizens of enemy countries without a hearing, and was previously called only in wartime.
DHS and HSI Dallas did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
