Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 Fe+ will be available on April 10
Samsung is releasing two fan-version models for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10, both of which are more affordable than their standard counterparts. The Galaxy Tab S10 Fe and Galaxy Tab S10 Fe+ are powered by the Samsung Exynos 1580 chipset, rather than the standard version (like the standard version). Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S10 Fe+ model has a 13.1-inch display that displays larger than the 12.4-inch screen of the Tab S10+ but smaller than the 14.6-inch screen on the Tab S10 Ultra. Note that both models have a refresh rate of up to 90Hz, which is lower than the 120Hz refresh rate of the standard version.
This means that if gaming is the primary purpose of tablets, the standard tab S10 model is still a better choice. However, the cost of new fan versions is significantly lower than that of them. Prices start at $500 and come with 128GB and 256GB storage options. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab S10 Fe+ will cost at least $650 and offer the same storage options. The standard Galaxy Tab S10 starts at $999, while the Tab S10 Ultra costs at least $1,200.
Like the standard model, the fan version has AI capabilities, including using Google search Circle, which makes it easy to find information by surrounding elements on the device. Their Samsung Note app also has a math solver that allows calculations based on handwriting and text as well as handwriting assistance, which can help you organize your handwritten notes. Both fan version devices will be available in the United States starting April 10. If you keep a unit now, you’ll get a $50 credit and an extra 50% off if you buy a book cover keyboard slim by May 11.
