Who robbed the White Lotus in Episode 2?
Gattok might be bad in his safety work, but he proves good at two things: 1) shooting within range, and 2) solving a mystery by miraculously picking out masked perpetrators from an incredible crowd.
This is exactly what happened in episode 7, as his date with Mook advances to the same Muay Thai battle that Valentin (Arnas Fedaravičius) participates with Laurie (Carrie Coon) and his two friends Biković (Julian Kostov) and Vlad (Yuri Kolokolnikov). As everyone was cheering, Gattok’s eyes fell on Vlad, who flashed the story of one of the perpetrators of the robbery – a suspicious bald man. Then his eyes fell on Valentin, Valentin he He distracted Gattoke as the robber car crossed the safety door.
The top story of chaos
in conclusion? Valentin, Biković and Vlad planned the robbery together. The latter two did things, and Valentine was the man within them.
Will Laurie find stolen items?
Gaitoke probably isn’t the only one who figured out the identity of the robber in episode 7. After sleeping with Bikovic, Laurie is forced to escape quickly when his girlfriend hits the front door. Laurie’s eyes slipped away and landed on a bunch of snake-themed jewelry, lying on the side table – the jewelry looks very similar to the hiding place of the hat robbers in episode 2.
The problem is, indeed Laurie Establish this connection? On the one hand, she does seem to have some approval when she looks at the jewelry, but on the other hand, she doesn’t rob in episode 2. Laurie may have gone to the hotel’s shop herself and realized that Biković’s jewellery piles are similar to White Lotus sales, but it is also possible that she was just distracted by what seemed expensive.
Still, if Laurie hadn’t made a connection yet, maybe she would have been in the finale. Especially if Gattok faces Valentine robbery publicly.
