Illegal immigrants released by Biden administrator have been prosecuted for murder, rape and other charges

Earlier this month, illegal foreigner in Honduras was accused of murdering a five-year-old mother in Georgia in a random attack, facing additional charges including rape and necromancers.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said David Hector Rivas-Sagastume, 21, has been the subject of the deportation order since July 2023.
Earlier this month, he was charged with murder in the death of Camilia Williams, 52, the mother of five children and grandmother. Authorities say her body was thrown in a forest area in Cobb County, Georgia.

Prosecutors filed additional charges against Rivas-Sagasume on Friday, including malicious murder, aggravated assault, rape, aggravated sexual assault and the necromancer.
Williams’ family told local media that she said a man had been following her the day she was killed. Authorities have not yet identified the suspect’s connection to Williams.

Fox Atlanta reported that the warrant states that Rivas-Sagastume attacked Williams in Marietta, putting her in a slaughter, leaving her unconscious sometime between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. on March 12. Once unconscious, Rivas-Sagastume allegedly told police that he placed his knees and full body on her neck, causing her death.
The Department of Homeland Security told Fox News that Rivas-Sagastume entered the United States illegally on March 17, 2021 and was arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol.

“He was notified by the previous administration to appear and placing it into the country,” the statement said. “The judge ordered his removal from office on July 11, 2023. On March 18, 2025, he was arrested by the Cobb County Police Department for the death penalty and other crimes.”
“Ice has been detained by the Cobb County Jail. President Donald Trump and Secretary Noim will not allow illegal foreigners who commit crimes, including the alleged murderer, to relax on the streets of the United States.”

Rivas-Sagastume does not hold any bonds, according to prison records.
