Manta Sound Sleep Mask Review: Must-have for Insomnia

Bluetooth headphones also don’t need to sneeze. They are easy to pair with your phone, and while they don’t have shocking quality or active noise cancellation, they are really loud enough to drown any environment. There are 30 steps for volume control so you can dial in the audio accurately. I fell asleep in tents at many festivals with the sound of wheat fields, whether it was the dead in the summer and the 30-degree Fahrenheit night. Even though the world-renowned bass check was done at 10 a.m. and before my neighbor started the race in the cracks at dawn, I fell asleep like a baby, the sound of the box fan was injected directly into my ears. Or in a hotel room, when my friends chat, watch TV and play music on the speakers, I’m filled with unconsciousness and totally asleep. Without the sound of wheat fields, this is impossible for me (trust me when I say I have tried other methods). The battery lasts 20 hours and is charged via USB-C, and I never disconnect the headphones from my phone alone. After 30 minutes of no audio streaming, the battery will automatically turn off. The mask also has a built-in microphone to answer calls, but I have never used that feature. My phone will only ring on “Don’t Disturb” for a few people, in which case I will pop up the mask and answer normally.

The other side of immersion is that I sometimes find myself sleeping also It’s great I often get lost when I wake up after using Manta Sound and wonder about the year I wake up. This put me a little far away from the world. My eyes and ears were completely covered and I had no idea what was going on around me. For example, if I was on the festival alone, I probably wouldn’t use this mask because I was totally unaware of any weather events or people walking through my camp. However, in some cases, this immersion is ideal – when I transfer for the third time, I will kill this mask and often wake up by birds, lawnmowers, or forgotten suns. Maita’s sound is like the shielding curtains of your brain.

Can’t hear evil

I’ve tried other sleep solutions before and their effectiveness is different. Earplugs and sleep headphones tend to dislike the sleep style I like, also known as “swipe like a barbecue until I find the right place.” Even other eye masks have been difficult to adjust in history, so they sit correctly without pulling my hair or pressing awkwardly on my head. This masking eliminates these problems. There is nothing to tuck into my ear canal, there is no pressure on my eyes or nose. While these other solutions may be cheaper, depending on how you use them, I think it is worth the extra price to get a product that can help you fall asleep without spoiling or disturbing you. The sound of the batta works properly.
