Belize authorities said Wednesday that three American women were found dead last month Vacation Death from carbon monoxide poisoning in the country.

Belize Police Commissioner Chester Williams said that due to the findings, authorities conducted a second test of the hotel room after the initial test and showed no signs. Williams said they are still waiting for the final test results.
