Musk and Canadians sue Australian authorities to review his position X

The Australian government has appealed the internet personality known as “Billboard Chris”, who challenged the powers of the country’s “Esafety” committee, criticizing the appointment of Australian transgender activists to the World Health Organization committee.
Chris Elston, a Canadian national who often expresses freedom of speech through slogans and tweets on sandwich boards in public places, tweets about the geographical location of Australians, the “share” of the British Daily Mail, introduces articles about trans activists and introduces Kinky Secrets of the United Nations Transgender Expert.
Activist Teddy Cook filed a complaint with Australia’s Esafety Commissioner, which the committee asked X to review it.
According to the Alliance Wefuding International, which supports Elston, X initially refused, but agreed after the government issued a formal order. Elston challenged it in the Administrative Review Tribunal on Monday.

“I’m in Australia because their government believes their people shouldn’t know and understand their toxic gender ideology,” Lois McLatchie Miller, based in London, said before the case.
“This post by @BillBoardChris has been revoked in Australia to meet legal requirements; learn more,” a message posted by McLatchie Miller from unread land.
She added: “Is this offensive? It’s definitely offensive for my eyes because the experts who are appointed shouldn’t post those perverted photos that promote drugs and veterinarians.”
McLatchie Miller said in a conversation with Fox News Digital that this situation is a “huge” case of freedom of speech worldwide, “the ultimate’s what a woman’s suit is.”
“This is the speech of the Australian authorities reversing the Canadian man on the US platform,” she said.
“So, Australian authorities found that since they don’t want Australians to hear information and discuss a certain topic, they have now reached out to other countries to block freedom of speech, which is fascinating in itself.”

“In the past few weeks, when it comes to foreign governments having very surreal policies, it has been thought that only affects the human rights of their citizens and citizens, but also affects the rights of Americans, Canadians, and others around the world,” McLatchie Miller said.
Elston also recently fined AUD 806 ($508) for “Fristing People” ($508) and was fined from public sidewalk by law enforcement after he got engaged to Passersby: “Children cannot consent to puberty lockdowns.”
McLatchie Miller’s panel noted that the case responded to Vice President JD Vance’s global censorship at the Munich Security Conference earlier this year. Vance also raised his concerns in a joint press with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

“We also know that the infringement of free speech actually affects not only the British – of course, what the British do in their own country depends on them, but also the American technology companies, but also the American citizens,” Vance said at the time.
Fox News Digital contacted Vance’s office to comment on the case being called.
ADFI Advocacy Director Robert Clarke said in a statement about the Elston case:
“The Australian authorities decided to prevent Australian citizens from hearing and evaluating information about gender ideology, which is a patronization of democratic principles.”
According to News.com.au, X also challenged the six-figure fines Australia imposed on Australia in 2023.
