According to the company’s press release, the brand is launching an AI chatbot that you will order in the second quarter of 2025 at 500 Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and KFC locations. The technology, developed in partnership with NVIDIA, allegedly “makes a more natural and seamless ordering experience” by using a conversation chatbot that “adapts to human voice mode.”

At first glance, it is unclear how this differs from the AI pass orders available at the location of Taco Bell since last year. In any case, it is obvious that restaurant chains are moving in this direction at least for the time being.
