EX-MSNBC legal analysts have a prediction for Trump that involves “C-word”
Former federal prosecutor and former MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner believes that Donald Trump and his Justice Department will face U.S. District Court Judge James E. Bosberg.
Trump last week invoked the 18th-century wartime bill to deport hundreds of immigrants to a prison in El Salvador, ignoring Boasberg’s verbal orders. He has since called on judges to call the White House “Democratic Activist”.
On Thursday’s “Dean Obedala Show,” Kirschner weighed the potential consequences.
“I’ve been a prosecutor for 30 years,” he told the SiriusXM broadcast host. “You won’t write on the complaint or say in court, for example, ‘Judge, we don’t think the information you’re looking for is relevant.’ Guess whose determination is not yours!”
“We will soon see the C-word speaking – contempt.” “This will start with criminal contempt. It will most likely deform, it will start with civil contempt, which will most likely turn into criminal contempt.”
The openly rebel government told Boasberg in court documents on Wednesday that it would be more “respectful” to prompt a federal judge to give the government another 24 hours to meet his request for more information on refusing to comply with its initial order.
The Justice Department describes Boasberg’s need for information on deportation flights as “a Picayune dispute about micromanagement of non-physical fact investigations” rather than a potentially illegal violation of federal judge’s orders.
“I don’t remember the lawyer telling the judge in the era when I practice, ‘You don’t know what you’re talking about,’ in writing!” former lawyer Obeidallah told Kirschner. “This is, I’m sure, [U.S. Attorney General] Pam Bondi does this for Donald Trump. ”

On Friday, Trump claimed that he “didn’t sign” the document citing the Alien Enemy Act of 1798, resulting in deportation and claimed that “others dealt with it”, although his name is easy to see at the bottom.
The comment was less than a week after Trump unfounded claims that his former former President Joe Biden had used automatic opening during his tenure during his tenure.
Kirschner foresees Trump’s matters becoming more picky.
“It’s an interesting fact for the audience at home,” he said Thursday. “The only time a judge can appoint an independent prosecutor to prosecute a case is a contempt of a court that violates the court order. So hold on, because riding will make the ride even more bumpy.”
