The new season officially begins on Thursday, March 20. The first day of spring represents the vernal equinox in the northern hemisphere, an astronomical event when the sun aligns with the Earth’s equator, the number of day and night is equal.
Several major restaurants and dessert attractions, such as Dairy Queen, Jamba and Dunkin’, are ready to celebrate everything with free discounts on Italian ice, ice cream and more.

Rita’s Italian Ice can offer free Italian ice on March 20
Rita’s Italian Ice and Frozen Cream Cake (Cusstard) will continue its annual tradition of giving away free Italian ice on the first day of this spring.
The company says customers visiting the Rita location will receive free 6 ounces of Italian ice, which has available flavors, including the latest from the chain: Stells Italian ice.
Additionally, customers using Rita’s ICE app can enter opportunities to win a year of free Italian ice by entering the promo code “FDOS25” under the “Fail” tab.

The free cone day for the Cow Queen is March 20
The Cow Queen’s annual free cone day is Thursday, with a nationally participated location providing customers with a free small vanilla cone.
These cones are available when available, limited to each customer, while free cones are delivered via the DQ Rewards mobile app.
This year, Dairy Queen works with Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for free conical day. Choose to dip your cone into one of the dairy queens’ dip paints for $1, and the fast food chain will donate to Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

Jamba has launched a new “ice” ice drink series and celebrates new drinks and celebrates the first day of spring, and the company offers customers a lovely deal.
Jamba will provide customers with $1 iced drink at participating locations on March 20 from 2pm to 7pm. This offer is only available in stores with hybrid small and medium ice drinks or Dragonberry Blitz flavors.
