Prince Harry’s immigration documents portray “clear images” as how they are allowed to enter us: Report

Documents related to Prince Harry’s immigration records were released on Tuesday and depicted “clear pictures” of how the British royal family could be allowed to move to the United States.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a court statement by the agent in Prince Harry’s immigration case, and closed hearing transcripts of lawsuits filed by the Heritage Foundation against the Royal Immigration case were released, and the British Royal may have lied to his application, although the documents have re-deleted his application.
“The key information may be at state universities,” said the Legacy Foundation attorney Samuel Dewey in a report on the new documents in the New York Post.
Although Harry’s immigration records have not been released yet and the documents have been heavily edited, Dewey believes there are many tips on what was released in federal court Tuesday after the deadline set by Judge Carl Nichols.

Dewey told the New York Post that the documents state that Harry’s lying did not lie on a possible 0-1 visa application and did not disclose his drug use history, which is usually a person with “special talent or ability” submitted to the State Department.
The Heritage Foundation attorney argued that if Harry admitted to taking drugs, the information would go to the DS-160 file and be sent to the DHS all, but wouldn’t end up with the DHS if he was dishonest about his previous drug use.
Dewey believes the documents prove that the State Department and the Bureau of Homeland Security (DHS) are still retaining the heritage and court information, pointing to excerpts of closed-door hearings released Tuesday.
“While I have some real facts right now, I don’t have all of them,” Judge Nichols said at the April 30, 2024 hearing. “And I understand very well that some of the information we’ve been talking about today is not on the DHS.”

The judge will refer to Harry’s case for a second time between the Department of Homeland Security and the state, noting that “all relevant information is on the DHS” and that if the case “is not stated”, “it is easier to weigh public interests because they know about privacy violations.”
The Heritage Foundation initially proposed Harry’s Freedom of Information Act for immigration records in 2023, believing that the British Royals may receive special treatment when they allow moving to the United States in 2020.
The case raised doubts after Harry admitted to his previous use of drugs in his 2023 memoir, Alternate, and his honest questioning of immigration paperwork a few years ago.
“Of course, I was taking cocaine at the time,” Harry wrote in the book, referring to his 17-year-old and trying to “feel different.”
He continued: “In someone’s house, on a hunting weekend, I got a line and I’ve consumed more since then.”

The Heritage Foundation notes that it is in the public interest to see immigration records to determine whether the Royals are honest or receive preferential treatment on their 2020 visa application.
“Prince Harry is back home. Each part of the answers raises three new questions. We now believe he has committed a felony on 0-1 visa and form DS-160,” Mike Howell, executive director of the oversight program at Heritage Foundation, told The New York Post.
He added: “Garland Justice Department and Prince Harry conspired to hide the truth, wasting a lot of public resources to defend those who hate their own country, and also eager to demolish the country,” he added. “Prince Harry should be fooling himself now. He can use his royal status to drink on the Netflix liberals’ grift machines and slam the results of the 2024 presidential election back to the UK for its taxpayer’s dime.”
