Republicans accuse CNN of declaring deported murderers

Rep. Tim Burchett of R-Tenn on Tuesday went to CNN host John Berman for whether a federal judge has constitutional power to prevent deportation from the Trump administration under the Alien Enemies Act.
The government fought a legal battle with a federal judge Donald Trump citing the Alien Enemies Act against members of Venezuelan gang Aragua Aragua.

CNN host John Berman rejected Republican comments, asking him if he had “interpreted federal law to a federal judge” or if he believed the judge was “illegalized by the Senate.”
Burchett doubled his criticism of the judge, saying the government targeted the deported people as criminals, and then poked the CNN.
“I never understand why CNN takes the side of a group of murderers who have entered our country illegally. I realize you have to make a stand, but that’s total nonsense. The American public didn’t buy it,” he told Berman, because the CNN host raised his hand.
“Listen, this is the war in these countries.” “These people come in, they encounter our borders illegally. What would happen if 14 million people flocked to each other? Yet, is it that 14 million people have scattered over four years? Do you think this is an illegal invasion? It is a war.

The debate continued as Berman defended the judge’s authority to cease deportation. He asked Burchett if he believed the White House was responsible for complying with the federal judiciary’s ruling.”
Burchett said he believed Trump and border Tsar Tom Tom Homan “acted well” and took immigration measures that the “overwhelming majority” of Americans.
He was frustrated after Berman insisted that the judge was not “opposing” but simply demanded a review of the president’s “novel” use of the Alien Enemy Act.
“Oh, come on,” Burchett replied. “Listen-The difference between God and these judges is that God knows that He is not one of these judges. They are arrogant. They are practicing this type of thing all the time.”

“If you have a conservative person doing this, you’ll all raise the hell of the total,” he said.
Berman reiterated that he wanted to comment on how the White House should respond to these judicial rulings, but said the issue seemed to “frust him.”
“I want to upset me that everyone is constantly walking to the far left side of CNN, which is why your ratings continue to drop,” Burchett hit back. “And I never understand why you do it every time.
Legislators accused CNN hosts of “You’re so lost contact.”
Berman defended his line of questioning for “effectiveness” and said he asked his questions in a “respectful” manner. But MPs continue to say that CNN defending the judge is “ridiculous” and that the network is out of reach from the rest of the country.
