The governor said
Five people were killed in Russia’s attacks on Ukrainian cities and Kryvyi Rih, local authorities said on Wednesday.
Governor Oleh Kiper wrote in a telegram that four Syrians were killed when they were attacked in the port of Odessa. Two other people were injured.
He said the knocked ship was a civilian ship freshly filled with wheat for export to Algeria.
A woman was killed in a rocket attack in the southeastern city of Kryvyi Rih, Governor Serhiy Lysak of the Dnipropetrovsk region, wrote in a telegram.
He said nine people were injured in the attack and damage to the city’s infrastructure.
Ukrainian authorities say another man was injured in Denipro in the eastern city and the Kiev region was damaged due to a drone attack.
The Ukrainian Air Force said Russia attacked the cities of Kryvyi Rih and Odessa with three Iskander-M missiles and launched 133 drones in the country.
As for drones, 98 people were shot down, and although 20 were lost, it was a common sign of electronic countermeasures.
Ukraine has been defending the Russian invasion for more than three years with the help of the West.
