More than 30 countries will participate in Paris’ planning negotiations to negotiate Ukraine’s security forces

PARIS (AP) – Military officials from more than 30 countries will participate in Paris negotiations on creating an international security force for Ukraine, French military officials said Monday.

Such an international force would aim to dissuade Russia from launching another offensive after any ceasefire takes effect.

The French official said Tuesday a long list of participants will also include those who attended the talks remotely in Asia and Oceania countries.

The composition of international negotiations shows how extensive the scope of France and the United Kingdom (co-programming) is invested on their networks as they aim to create a coalition of states that French officials have been described as “capable and willing” in order to defend part of Ukraine in the event of a ceasefire.

French military officials spoke with the Associated Press on anonymous condition to discuss the blueprint of the confidential forces, which Paris would negotiate.
