How to book a new Apple iPad and iPad Air M3
The new base iPad starts at $349 and is available for pre-order now. It will be widely used on March 12.
The biggest difference between this model and the previous one is the upgraded A16 chipset, plus twice the base storage (up from 64GB to 128GB). The latter is especially noteworthy, as the 2025 model starts the same price as the previous generation, so you can now get twice the storage for free. On the spec sheet, the display goes from 10.9 inches to a cool 11 inches, and the new model offers the Smart HDR 4 for photos. It is worth noting that Apple Intelligence is supported, and if you want to pair your stylus with this tablet, you still have to choose the first generation or USB-C Apple Pencil.
